While we live in a time of increasing antisemitism, our ancestors’ cry at the end of the Haggadah to “Pour out your wrath upon the nations of the world” may be one of the texts in our tradition we find deeply disturbing. We offer this 1-page Haggadah supplement this year to help piece through two different responses to this text: one that suggests to change it and one that seeks to contextualize it. We hope it fosters productive conversation about our tradition at your Seder table, and also to thoughtfully engage with how we might think about antisemitism.
