On May 4th, Tirdof clergy invite our local electeds to join us at a traditional celebration and gathering for a little-known Jewish holiday. “May Your Home Be Open Wide: A Tisch for Housing Justice” is a chance to come together over food and with song to celebrate the Jewish values that ground us in the fight for housing justice for all New Yorkers, and to reflect on the messages of the holiday of Pesach Sheni: of second chances, audacious legal innovation, and community.
