We can’t predict the results of tomorrow’s election. Many of us may have sat in on scenario planning calls, trying to divine the future and prepare ourselves for any number of outcomes.
Many of us are expected to hold our communities in any number of different ways. Time is still moving forward, and you all still have to tend to the tasks of the rabbinate/cantorate. Some of you all may need to do individualized pastoral care. Some of you may need to figure out how to reassure your congregants from the bimah.
To provide a supportive environment, we invite you to a special gathering space designed specifically for you to commiserate with and support fellow clergy, and brainstorm next steps even when the path may be unclear.
