Join T’ruah MA clergy and community members as we speak to our neighbors about the FreeHer campaign’s local policy priorities, especially Prison and Jail Construction Moratorium Bill.
The moratorium is an opportunity to change course in Massachusetts and invest in communities, not prison construction. It is a first step toward releasing caretakers of the young and old to their families; returning sick elders to their communities where they can be cared by loved ones; and opening other pathways for people who have caused harm and who have been harmed to experience genuine repair and healing.
